HeDecree 1757 of 1994 defines the Association of Users as a group of affiliates of the contributory and subsidized regime of the General System of Social Security in health, who have the right to use health services, in accordance with their affiliation system, which will ensure the quality of the service and the defense of the user in the institution.

Who can belong to the Users Association?

Any user who has made use of any of the services of the clinicto Clophan during the lastthymus year.
